3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card information.

3.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with TextBuilder.ai within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Limitation of Liability

• IMAGE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF TEXTBUILDER.AI
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ACCESS TO TEXTBUILDER.AI
